We are What’s Your Beef Tex Mex Barbecue, hailing from the south east of Victoria, bringing an Australian twist to traditional Tex Mex cooking. Balancing the best of low ‘n’ slow barbecue with Mexican fusion and using traditional Australian cuts and flavours.

Our commitment to good food starts with traditional cooking techniques to turn tough secondary cuts into tasty and tender BBQ. We do this by using local Australian woods like redgum and ironbark to give our food a unique flavour.
We take pride in doing our best where possible to ensure we use local, grass fed, organic, free range meat and seasonal produce. To put it simply, fresh is best!
Everything we create for our customers is tried and tested at our dinner table first. We aim to give you the feeling of a delicious home-cooked meal while you’re out and about celebrating a big event or just the weekend.
